Your Some:Thing

YOUR SOME:THING은 피부의 즉각적인 변화뿐 아니라, 제품을 사용하는 과정에서 느끼는 감정과 관계의 경험까지 함께 설계한 스킨케어 브랜드입니다. 누군가에게 잘 보이고 싶은 설렘에서 시작해 자신을 가꾸고, 그 경험이 결국 나 자신과 타인을 더 사랑하는 방향으로 이어진다는 이야기를 브랜드의 중심에 두었습니다.

프로젝트의 핵심 모티프는 ‘실(Thread)’입니다.
하나의 가느다란 실이 서로 엮이며 하나의 형태를 만들어내듯, 사람과 사람 사이의 관계와 감정 역시 작은 연결들이 축적되며 만들어진다고 보았습니다. 이러한 개념을 ‘실처럼 이어지는 감정’이라는 시각 언어로 확장해 브랜드 아이덴티티와 패키지 전반에 적용했습니다.

전체 아트디렉션은 따뜻함, 설렘, 연결, 촉각성을 중심으로 전개했습니다. 노을빛을 연상시키는 조명과 레드·크림 컬러의 대비, 종이와 실의 물성을 강조한 이미지 연출을 통해 디지털 그래픽에 머무르지 않고 손으로 만질 수 있을 것 같은 감각적인 브랜드 경험을 구축했습니다.

YOUR SOME:THING is a skincare brand designed not only to create immediate changes in the skin, but also to shape the emotional and relational experiences that unfold through the act of self-care. At its core is the idea that the excitement of wanting to look good for someone can inspire us to care for ourselves—and that this process can ultimately lead to a deeper appreciation for both ourselves and others.

The central motif of the project is “Thread.” Just as a single delicate thread intertwines with others to form something whole, relationships and emotions are shaped through the accumulation of small connections. This idea was developed into a visual language of “emotions connected like threads,” and extended throughout the brand identity and packaging.

The overall art direction centers on warmth, excitement, connection, and tactility. Sunset-inspired lighting, a contrast of red and cream tones, and imagery emphasizing the physical textures of paper and thread create a sensory brand experience—one that goes beyond digital graphics and feels almost tangible.
